Barbeque Turkey

Ingredients:
· Leftover turkey
· Favorite barbque sauce
· /2 onion diced
· 1/2 green pepper diced(optional)
· 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
Break up turkey into small pieces and put in a large pot or crock pot. Saute onions and pepper in butter and place in the pot. Mix in barbque sauce. Heat slowly for one hour, on high for three hours minimal in crock pot. Serve with rolls and sandwich cheese of your choice.

Ingredients:
· 4 medium sized baking potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
· 2 tsp olive oil
· 1 tsp dried rosemary
· 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the grill.
2. Divide the potatoes among two sheets of heavy duty tin foil. Top the potatoes evenly with the olive oil, rosemary, and salt. Fold the edges of the tin foil up around the potatoes, and pinch the ends together to make a packet. Wrap the packet with a second sheet of tin foil to assure the packet has no holes.
3. Place the packets directly on the grill racks, and cook the packets for about 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
